3. User Accounts

To use SupportX, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to SupportX. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process your content to provide and improve our services.

8. Service Level Agreement

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our services. Our SLA includes:

  • 99.9% monthly uptime guarantee for Enterprise plans
  • Scheduled maintenance windows with advance notice
  • Service credits for downtime exceeding SLA commitments
  • 24/7 technical support for Enterprise customers

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SupportX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SupportX from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
